Many components we manufacture start as an R&D project either internally or by request of a customer to meet a specific need or requirement.
We use our years of elastomer experience, material expertise, and design knowledge to produce elastomeric components that meet the required specification.
However, we can also custom mold to the customer’s specifications and to existing drawings.
BESPOKE MATERIALS
Rubberatkins continually push the application boundaries as we develop unique and novel materials to provide sealing solutions in environments that were previously no-go areas.
To date, Rubberatkins has developed over 1,700 formulations to satisfy even the most challenging physical and environmental applications.
In addition to the standard NBR, HNBR, and FKM materials, our experience, and material knowledge have resulted in the development of the range of Rubberatkins’ own branded high-performance elastomers.
