Hockey Update on Rubberatkins Sponsored Hockey Teams

We’re proud to share a snapshot of the hockey teams we sponsor and an update on the growing community and ongoing journey they are shaping.

The Men’s and Ladies teams (pictured below) both compete in the North District Leagues and represent the club in the Scottish Cups. Week in, week out, they’re putting in the hard work and bringing the game to life.

At the grassroots level, the Under 10s and Under 12s are building skills and friendships through regular mini tournaments. The picture here shows the U10s in action full of energy and enthusiasm! The U12s are next up this Sunday good luck, team!

After a difficult situation where the Ellon home pitch was converted to a football-only surface, they have now relocated to Oldmeldrum. It’s been a big change, but also a story of stepping up, adapting, and rallying together as a community.
