BEST PRACTICE

With invaluable support from the Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service, our 5S methodology, which we introduced in 2019 has helped us reduce waste, increase productivity and create a solid foundation for continuous improvement and future Lean manufacturing programs.

Today we hosted a best practice visit from ITC Hydraulics & Manufacturing Ltd, who visited our facility in Aberdeen to learn more about our 5S journey while observing the benefits of the process in action!
