The SULFANITE® material range has been subjected to API, ISO, and NACE testing to confirm the material integrity and its resistance to sour gas.

SULFANITE®

10 % H₂S – MODIFIED HNBR ELASTOMER RANGE, -20° C to 121° C (-4° F to 250° F)

The Rubberatkins SULFANITE® material range was developed for applications requiring H₂S and acid resistance.

SULFANITE® materials will handle H₂S exposure up to and including 10 %.

SULFANITE® ULTRA

40 % H₂S – MODIFIED FKM ELASTOMER RANGE, -20° C to 177° C (-4° F to 350° F)

The Rubberatkins SULFANITE ULTRA® material range takes you from 10 % all the way up to 40 % sour gas resistance.


SULFANITE® LT

LOW TEMPERATURE RANGE, -30° C to 177° C (-22° F to 350° F)

Rubberatkins has also developed a low temperature range of SULFANITE® materials for specific applications, with testing available to your chosen international standards.
