EXTREME ELEVATED TEMPERATURES


Rubberatkins have developed materials for improved physicals, longevity, and elevated temperatures. Mechanical testing of elastomers can be carried out at temperature which in turn leads to the optimization of properties at elevated temperatures.

STEAM


Materials have been designed and successfully tested at temperatures up to 650 F.

PRESSURE


Elastomers developed and successfully tested to 500 F & 18,000 psi.

ARCTIC CONDITIONS


Low-temperature sealing of elastomers is critical especially when pressure effects are taken into consideration. Rubberatkins has a range of elastomers exhibiting excellent low temperature glass transition temperatures, determined via our DSC capabilities, some even down to -76 F.
