Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Operations will play a critical role in shaping the company’s future by providing strategic and operational leadership across all site activities. The successful candidate will assume full accountability for end-to-end operational performance, including manufacturing, process efficiency, quality, maintenance, and supply chain management.
